Hello, I have bought your sand material it was awesome! If I had enough money I would have bought most of the material you make, why the material pack isn't available for purchase? thank you for the material!

Yeah this is really hard to get anything from when it relies so heavily on custom nodes...
@nvector60883 ай бұрын
Custom nodes can indeed make the workflow seem more complex, but they offer a level of detail and control that's invaluable for specific textures. Keep practicing, and it'll become more intuitive over time!

Hey man.. would be awesome to have a timelapse of a stylized plaster wall being made by you, not broken or anything, I know that it's as "simple" as it can gets, but that's why it's so hard to me.. I'm having a hard time making it interesting.

Beautiful material, thanks for sharing it! I just wonder why my pebbles look full of artifacts at the base, even if i used the same tessellation settings like yours. Even if i set tessellation factor to its maximum (64) i still get a bad effect at the base, instead of plain surface like yours...*_+ EDIT: lowering an Histogram Scan position value from 1 to 0.75 somehow improved the quality. Unfortunately though i just realized it's not possible to follow through completely as you are using some custom made nodes around 2:20 like the "Uniform_additive_blending" which i can't seem to understand how to replicate unless i buy the material through Gumroad...fair enough.

Looks good but the biggest issues with these textures is that you can see the tiling. This is due to the fact that the shapes are so prominent and since they have the stylized look, those same "Interesting" shapes draw out the tiling even more.

Thanks for that video man. It's the first tutorial I follow for substance designer and and I'm pleased with the result, after 4 hours of looking at 0.25 speed lol. However, I don't know why but my bricks are not popping in and out on the cylinder no more, I probably fucked up somewhere but anyways, thanks for that video, I appreciated it and will probably follow some of your other tutorials!

You need to set substance designer to tesselate the height in the scene viewer default settings.
