@petermelnikov682 hi, I don’t get your question fully but hoping this answer your question : guidelines are created by using the tape measuring tool. You can select the first point then type the precise dimension that you need and hit enter . When guidelines are created you can use your cursor to select and the use the move tool to change it or type the dimension that you need to move it .
