I've been experiencing all of these things for awhile now. I've spoken to my Apostle/Leader about it a few times and I always get talked into pressing forward. I dread going to church many times... And I've felt upset about it a few times. Spiritually, I desire God and being in His presence; however, between full-time work, ministry, doing a business, etc. Not to mention basic feminine care, etc. I don't feel like I have quality time. It wears my body and I'm in my early 30's. The bad thing is I loved this ministry and still do. But I feel as though I'm not being heard and that I'm being ignored, when I have clearly communicated my feelings and thoughts. I've thought about leaving the church many times because of this, but I believe I am called there. Loved ones get mad at me often, because they feel I've put my church before my own wellbeing, and in many ways I have. Could my season be up? I just never want to be out of the will of God.

queenwithlocs Firstly, thank you for watching. I’m sorry that you’ve been experiencing these things. Because you have voiced your heart to your leader already, I would suggest that you also speak to God and spend time in His presence long enough to be restored and for Him to give you guidance. Everyone’s path is different. For me, I’m yet serving at my church which I love dearly but I have been relieved of some of my duties for this season. Also take some of the steps recommended in the video. I hope they yield to be helpful to you. Sometimes we forget that leaders are still humans with feelings and may take our expression as rejection especially when there are already not enough shoulders to the plow. I hear you. And I’m praying God’s best for you!

I remember going to Church of God In Christ as a boy and seeing Bishop White on the pulpit. After the service was over, he always stopped what he was doing to say hello to me. May he rest in peace.

Pastor White was truly a great and blessed Pastor. I will always have memories of the Zion Church in Freeport. RIP Pastor White. Pray for us all. AMEN. My condolences to Pastor's White family.
