Try giving her more kid friendly lunches, like grilled cheese sandwich, nuggets, pizza hotdogs and easy stuff like that she'll probably finish it all up. Some of the stuff you packed for her might be too grown up tasting, like the bleu cheese and that lemon arugula salad . ❤

What exactly is grown up food? I give what she likes. Everything she eats is foods she requested. We don’t limit things like steak, seafood etc to adults only. That’s how you create picky eaters.

@@lifeofLondonandmommy foods that have strong seasonings or things that are more flavored. It wasn't a insult, so I hope you didn't misunderstand me. I think it's great that you take the time to pack her lunches, but if I'm not mistaken, she wasn't finishing it all, right?! So that's why I said give her kid stuff, simpler flavors. I definitely wasn't trying to debate you about it or make you feel a type of way, so I apologize if it came out wrong.

@@PonyParadiseOfficial nothing at all! I thought she wasn't finishing it all, that was the ONLY reason I suggested that she gives her more simpler stuff! If she likes that stuff, that's great! Sometimes I comment and it comes out wrong, I think it's because people can't tell the tone of the comment, and so that's why I tried to explain myself a lil better. I definitely wasn't saying kids should eat cheaper stuff or that only adults should eat steak or seafood! I ate whatever my family ate and we love seafood! Lol I'm glad she's eating good! I know my sons love all types of food because of me! My oldest son loves chitlins because I been eating that stuff since I was pregnant with him! I love all different kinds of cuisines!

I'm sorry this meal looks amazing! Would I let my kids take this for lunch absolutely not. 3 Reasons 1- It's fishy & smelly 2 - Too oily 3- You need so many napkins, I don't think a child would clean up well, the oil absorbs in your nails, skin and clothes.

Im gonna agree. It's too much with all the smells, messiness, and just who the hell let's their kid take a seafood boil for lunch. My daughter is 10, and she makes seafood boils frequently with the help she needs. She would never take it to school. She's an empath, though she's sensitive to others' feelings. She packs regular lunches that she thinks her friends have. Bless that momma that made that, though.

@@roneishaaaa_ yes beloved, that's how bad breath happens! Strong smelling food for me anyway requires me to brush my teeth and chew on gum! Not everyone does that but I think it's necessary especially when you are going to be talking in close proximity to other people, it's not a diss or anything to just say, I actually remember when I was a kid and some people breath would be kicking like kung foo after lunch! Best to be mindful of that and be prepared, so she doesn't get kids telling her about her breath!

My daughter also loves the seaweed snack, the only thing I didn't love wasthe oils they use on the ingredients, buuuut now I found the same gimme brand now doing one with sea salt and avocado oil being carried at my local grocery store! How exciting! Oh and those bear snacks, we also devour them!😂 Thank you for sharing your lunch ideas! It helps keep inspired for next school year.
