I discovered a small optical error. If you look at the wall thickness of the bulges compared to the holes, they are not the same thickness. The error crept in when you used the "cut-extrude" function on the triangle. Solution: Draw a dashed line from each of the holes to the origin. That is exactly 60°. Draw another dashed line exactly in the middle (angle of 30°) of these two lines. Place the tip of the triangle near the origin exactly on this 30° center line. For the two outer tips on the large diameter, set the measurement 6 mm from the dashed lines of the holes. Now you should have the same distance between the walls when you use the "cut-extrude" function. I hope I was able to explain it in a way that you understand what I mean. 🙂😉 Otherwise, please give me your email address and I can send you a picture of what I mean, so i can help you.

Nice Video.......But at 10:21 you forgot to dimension the hole. And at 11:06 you could use the "Trough all"-Command instead of Mirror the Hole. 🙂😉
