1:20 - What is the setting that applies the buffs around the token like that? I cannot find the setting. It also looks like this module was split in two since this video was created so maybe I have the wrong module installed.

"Foundry VTT lets you Import EVERYTHING" - so how do I import my DnD 3.5 Roll20 characters? I got them as json, but are not accepted because in the json they are formatted different than in VTT

As someone who is GM'ing Kingmaker at the moment, I can feel your pain. I've been ripping out a lot of combat as well and homebrewing social and exploration content to replace it. The idea of Kingmaker is great. How people become Kingmakers is really really group dependent and Kingmaker in it's base content doesn't quite provide the alternative hooks for non-combat activities. That being said! I look forward to your homebrew campaign! Maybe us patreons can vote on some themes or direction?

Downer to hear how rough the final stretch is in Kingmaker. I respect your decision to move forward to something else. Sometimes some pre-published campaigns just fail to stick the landing, and that's unfortunate.

One massive advantage of not using maps is the GM can run the entire adventure off random tables. If they want to make a world, instead of making a map with specific locations on a map, they can make random tables with the types of events, surroundings encounters, they want the party to experience. Doing it this way means the creative work of world building won't be wasted and the GM is always prepared for anything. If the party goes somewhere unexpected the GM can still use the same encounter table. Something they've put on the random table can always be used. This same method is also great for solo role playing.

You appear to have ignored that grovel is performed against the WILL DC rather than the PERCEPTION DC, meaning that you could potentially make it easier on yourself to feint against an opponent if their will is lower than their perception.
