@@misterslab4287 yeah but it’s also important to remember that college players often times don’t turn out exactly how they played in college. There are many NFL receivers that were college QBs at one point so that’s why you’re able to switch your position. A complete failure is a complete over exaggeration. I agree they should have made a better scale system (example 99ovr in NCAA25 is maybe an 80 ovr in madden and a 90 is a 75,etc. but to say it’s a complete failure for a cool new feature not being completely fleshed out is a bit much

You get extra 4 or 5 building points in madden so can make you max attainable rating better in some stuff

Make sure you account is connected to the EA sever at the main menu of college football first it disconnects if the game is left idle to long once you connect back to the server it will work

Does replacing a team with a custom team remove the all the real teams’ players from the roster completely? Or are they just dumped into free agency?

It likely will, what I would recommend is releasing any of the players that you would want to be in your franchise in free agency in a custom roster and use that custom roster for your franchise.
