Hey Raf, Just what I noticed. All you recordings lags at 4k keeps buffering even on my hardwired desk which is 2 GIG down 1 Gig Up. I thought it was internet . But when I check 4k videos it streams smooth. Is it to do with some codec hows its getting uploaded not sure. Thought will bring this to you.

I need a device to record the noises my upstairs neighbors make all night long and don't let me sleep. They sell products online and have a storage room here, so they spend day and night making noise that sounds like they're going to blow the roof off. Only older adults live in these apartments and we need to sleep. They're not apartments for doing business. They also turn the TV on loud from 2 AM. I'm very sick, I have cancer, lupus, and my health condition is not good, so I need to rest. The rental contract says not to make noise after 10 PM, but they don't respect that. I've reported it to the managers who live here and they don't do anything. That's why I want to send the audios to the owner so she can see that I'm not lying. We've been living here for 10 years, the neighbors for just 2 months.
