I have the Allegro and I love it, right now I am just quilting pieces together with 1//4 seams. It really does a beautiful job on button holes as well.

Sewing machines should NOT be computerized. Electronics doesn't belong in sewing machines. Sewing machines should be purely mechanical, solid, with all metal gears and frame. Electronic sewing machines are plastic junk.

THANK YOU!! I have a Presto2 and nothing in the guide told me how to turn off the width control and I was losing my mind. Thank you so much.

Would be a great video if you held the focus on the stitches for a while rather than constantly moving.

You seem the right person to ask. So, I have this little embroidery project to get done. It has to do with creating military tabs and patches. Vangaurd Industries said that they would make my whole project if I purchased a minimum number of all of them. However, I only need one of each (about 7 items). Currently, I am working with Tactical Junkie Gear, who can do everything except one tab. They will not do the tab because they would have to re-thread their machine (because the tab technically exists but not in the color I need it to). As of now, I have not found anyone who just make me that one tab. I have been weery with mixing companies, too, as TGJ said each person might have a slight difference in the tabs. Which makes sense because before when I just used OCP colors and custom ordered all the tabs and stuff I needed, the brightness was different, background threading was spaced differently, and all sorts of different things were going on. The question is, do you now who can make me a tab of specific dimensions (naturally including the plastic inner skeleton)?

Great video! I have a question...I have a janome 4300 QDC and for that stitch, my machine will only go to the 4.0 in lenght. Not the 5.0. Does anyone know why? Again - I love to to the point demonstration!!!!

Hello - thanks for the video! I'm looking to purchase this machine, mostly for stiching over several layers of heavy duty material that shifts in height, similar to the video. Did you adjust the foot pressure at all to do this?
