I do believe in coincidences and chance. Those sound like coincidences and your odds of noticing both the cup and the giraffe were increased by a lot because you had been thinking about them and looking for them. So I feel like if either was out there at all, you would have been much more likely to have found them than someone who wasn't thinking of either. I think that even that you believe that sometimes things might be meant to be would influence how likely you were to find what you were hoping for, tenacity-wise. Being in the most magical place on Earth couldn't hurt!
