Cheers maybe you can guide me I overhauled my 03-72LE transmission When installing it, it shows the following error In "L" it works perfect In "R" it works perfect But in "D" when starting at 1 it goes well but when going to 2 the transmission stops suddenly and returns to 1 and repeats the failure If I put it in 2 the error is the same Thank you very much if you can guide me

Used in Suzuki grand Vitara, got SUV with 117k miles, 208k now, no transmission issues so far, first trans oil change done today, idk if it was changed prior

Hi I have rebuilt my transmission and the engine now stalls if I apply breaks while in gear any advice or ideas

How are yah guys I have just built this box and had some issues the vehicle has no reverse in any selector position. it also seems to have drive and shudders and stalls when I brake. Can I ask would you guys have any idea what it may be ? Thanks Neil

Thanks for the walk through of the gears. At the end- that's the overdrive bypass solenoid, it's not a speed sensor. Also, gear selection on all of these which I've seen are mechanical. The Neutral-Safety switch indicates the selected gear for the ECM, and locks out starting in gear.

My aisin trans is a mitsi KM148 , it is making a loud whining sound when the trans warms up or when driving slow or after stopping then driving away but no whinning when driving at say 60mph would that be the input shaft bearing being worn ??
