As a Karate black belt, I can assure you that this doesn't work instead you need to practice side lunges, sit ups and mainly side skating(it is an excercise, it's not skating related), I am sure this will help you.

Calories are not inherently unhealthy. The salt, saturated fat, and preservatives in ingredients are the unhealthy part of a dominos. Making a pizza with fresh ingredients is healthy, dominos is not.
