I owned a VIC-20 as a kid, and I recall having a one of those program books that had Richtofen's Revenge in it. Sadly I didn't have the memory expander, so I wasn't able to type the whole thing in. I've always wondered what the game would have looked like. Given it was the VIC-20, probably not so good, LOL.

Thanks for the tutorial, which helped me a lot! Unfortunately, I cannot install the VMware tools directly, but have to mount the linux.iso (loaded from Broadcom's ftp server) in the settings of the virtual machine, and then was able to access the zipped vmware tools file. Cheers!

My first game on the C64. 0-54 on a tape without turbo tape. If I wrote LIST the whole program showed up and never ended scrolling... It was amazing because games just got better and better year by year on the machine.
