Ive seen these guys a few times at the Channel in Boston and once in Portland, Maine. I got on stage and sang Cup O' Joe with Paul at the Portland show.

Saw these guys back in the 80's in spokane at 123 arts several times. Always an awesome band and super energetic live. They used to give out paper stickers at shows that showed their anti nazi stance. They had shirts that said fuck racism really big on them. Loved these guys and still do!

I didn't know this was coproduced of Tommy Victor! I wonder if Windstein of Crowbar heard this before he recorded their pretty hardcore second (self-titled) record from 1993. Oddly, I also hear a little of this in Life of Agony's first album (this is much more primitive and brutal but there are certains elements and a way to put things together that's slightly similar). In both cases it might be a matter of a Carnivore/Type O Negative influence... and Celtic Frost in the case of Crowbar. It's all connected anyway... CF's "Babylon Fell" from Into the Pandemonium sounds like a groove-oriented NYHC track from 1989-91 (minus the vocals).

The sounds here are way to cool to bother reviewing my mind for soundalikes ! I'm much to absorbed in the fact bands like this exist in the 2000s for me to listen to if it sounds good listen! yes definitely to bad news they have called it quits ,I could always use more of this sound to brighten my day !
