I don't have an ego and my spontaneity is just fine

I don't think awakening can be forced or even happens via some desire. It just happens spontaneously. How else could it be otherwise? People maybe meditating for a decade or two and then awaken and credit the awakening their practice, but correlation is not causality. The one common thread I've sort of observed is that awakening is preceded by a challenge, a dark night of the soul, but again, it occurs spontaneously and when it is least expected.

Okay, I'm weird. I feel i didn't have an ego growing up. Not much or one. Low confidence and my parents didnt raise me the best. I was able to drop and absorb. I am able to find myself through confidence now and its lovely building an ego out of compassion now.

I wish I can ask Mooji this..why I need to know who I amwhen anyway we all live even him like body&mind ..why is it so import as your body will die ,people will miss your body ,not your sole (someone maybe)people will miss your presents ,why you need to awake when you have to live in matrix ,I know that I am so what ??Even Mooji get pain ,even he will or I have hear he got hight blood sugar ,so even that he knows that his body got high sugar w8nt change that his body will suffer and has to go on medication ..so I just can't get it why all this spiritual teaching
