Hotel Training Videos by Praveen Jha

I am an alumnus of Institute Of Hotel Management, Bhubaneswar, Odisha (1991-94). I dedicate this channel to my teachers, especially Mr. Ashim Parida; for their unforgettable caring and kindness.
As a hospitality trainer, working at IHM Jaipur, Gwalior, Hajipur for the past 28 years, I sensed a reluctance on the part of the students to study from text books!!!
I tried searching for audio-visual content on KZbin, so that learning could be made interesting. There wasn't enough content (2017) on the topic of Hotel Front Office.
Whatever material I did find, was difficult to understand, because of the accent problem for Indian students. Finally, I decided to make the contents myself!
I have made it specially for those students whose mother tongue is not English. The videos are a bit long, but that is because I have tried to include as much content as possible. The voice-over will assist the learner in gaining mastery over correct pronunciation.
