Fixed check-in check-out time means check out time is fixed i.e. 12 o'clock. For 24 hours basis, check-out time will be 1.30 am the next day. In night basis, guest can check out by 5 pm of the same calendar date. Hope i could explain?! Good luck

C Forms are mandatory for hotel and guest house managers to fill and submit. Personal affairs I am afraid is beyond my capacity to answer this question. I am sorry! But, I suggest that you may contact your local Police Station for better information because it involves marriage and e-tourist visa is only for casual visits. There are citizenship issues and I wouldn't mess with the law. Thanks and best wishes...

This form is mandated by the Govt. of India. However, the hotels need to prepare their own copies for submitting to FRRO/LIU/Local Police Station. Hope it was clear, Shivranjani?!
