On my 2000 Xj, I pulled the blower motor completely out, & replaced it with full cage attached! I didn’t have to move the ac dryer!

I dove into this project and got stuck trying to get the 5-plug ECM unit out. Unplugged it, unscrewed it, but the top (long triangular) screw mount prong kept me from extracting it. Any tips?

What was that you sprayed on the filter & plug?

I didn't remove my tires and only had to remove passenger side linner

My problem was that the new key fob came with an uncut blade held in by a rivet instead of a removable holding pin.

Hey brother I have a crate engine. So I can't tell stupid auto zone what year and brand. It's a 350 small block. The car came with it so idk anything about the engine. I tell them this and they don't know what to do. Anyway it's the same with the internet. I'm not a car guy and oil places won't change it because the car is old. The filter on it is a CHAMP PH1218. Is this the number I look for? And how can I find a alternative because stupid auto zone doesn't carry this brand and can't help me find a alternative! WHAT CAN I DO I KNOW IM PROBABLY ASKING A DUMB QUESTION! But I've tried looking every where and I'm not a car guy! I can build a house not a car! PLEASE HELP IS THERE OTHER NUMBERS I NEED. I have the old one still!

Bought a new/blank one on Amazon Dec 2024. Anyone else screaming SAFETY FIRST!! as he could have drove his screwdriver right into his palm? 5:50 mark. :)

Thank you. This worked great for replacing the key fob for my son’s 2016 Chevy Trax. I ended up using a small finishing nail as a punch to get the pin part way out, and then used pliers to twist it out the rest of the way; not too bad.

Thanks a million! Figured I'd have to rotate the key, but couldn't figure out exactly how. Not sure why you decided to go whole hog and change out the actual blank on the hinge by driving out the roll pins; I just left my old one on there and it worked well. For a minute I thought maybe the hinge design had changed.

Great addition with the touchscreen monitor! I also have a dedicated diagnostic cart (which also houses my oscilloscope) that I added a mini computer to.

Great video. I replaced the manual shaft detent lever/switch ( shifter selector ) and The park Pawl actuator rod/ shifter rod came out of its location and I'm having a hard time getting it back in. Is there a trick to doing this? I have the valve body out so I'm able to access it easier and I pulled the shifter detent lever switch out as well. Thank you for any help

I used your video to do this on a 2013, but without removing the kick panel. That part was unnecessary.
