Just a hypothetical question. If all the Community Clinics, Medical Centers, Urgent Care, etc. use the EMRs from the same vendor (maybe different version), there is no such need for the existence of Health Exchanges (HIE) anymore (@2:13). Correct?

Does FHIR replace IHE XDS altogether? Is XDS still relevant?
