This is absolutely shameful. Calling this cute is utterly disgusting and as their mother I cannot believe you're teaching your kids that this is okay. That mouse suffered deadly amounts of stress for a few minutes of solely human enjoyment at the expense of this innocent animal. Next time do your research before doing something like this. Mice are extremely clean and groom themselves like cats. They have no need to be in water like this except for survival and definitely not pleasure. I was searching for sand bath layouts suitable for mice just like hamsters do and I came across this horrible display that sorely lacks proper education. Do better.
