ONCE I WENT TO A GYM.THEY TOLD ME I MUST REGISTER AS A CLIENT BEFORE USING THIER EQUIPMENT.FAIR ENOUGH, THEY ASK ME ALL MY PERSONAL DETAILS AND AS I WAS PROVIDING THEM THEY FED ALL IN A COMPUTER SYSTEM WHICH WAS NOT VISIBLE TO ME.THEY MADE ME SIGN SEVERAL TIMES IN A DEVICE WITHOUT SHOWING AND READING THE DOCUMENTS TO ME. AFTER PERSISTENT QUESTIONING I LEARN THAT I HAVE AGREED TO A MONTHLY AUTO MATIC SUBSCRIPTION.I WAS NOT AGREEABLE AND ASK HIM TO CANCELLED ALL. is it true that as of December 2018, effectively everything in the unit is to be considered a common element and as such is the responsibility of the building? ex. air conditioner & HVAC equipment that is housed inside the unit but attached to the wall? This was an excellent talk and I have about a thousand questions for Mr. Carrière-Acco. He was very generous with his time and knowledge. It's unfortunate that the series was so short and time was tight. This is a beautifully framed series and could surely go every week for a year!
