Iris was amazing but whoever wrote the captions should be ashamed. They didn't translate well at all!! Horrible.

ZANUCK was the only mogul that wsn t jewish. The NIZER memoir doesn t give a very pretty pic (pun int) on the person herein. Nor does the AVA memoir. Loew s Inc. was the backgnd cmpny calling the shots above Louie B s shoulder, from Wall St. The Schenck bros were the runners of it. Zukor was their pal, wayback, but on a diff stick-stock base. Nuff said.

This song is a traditional not gospel song thou they're a gospel group. The honest truth we sang this song for various reasons depending to individual, for our fighting for freedom and when we are sad. Then we didn't want the government of the apartheid regime to understand the lyrics, coz we were going to be locked up for uprising ✊ fighting the state's...we inspire the Mandela's and other freedom fighters and us being inspired by them. Our parents were working like slaves and far away from they're homes leave they're children by them selves, working for low wages meaning us people of colour. Our brothers and sisters were languishing in dark prisons cells for just being black that's the true reflection of this song.Thats the reason why your hair stands 🇿🇦🇿🇦

God Bless You Ruth! You are the reason why our Country was ONCE open to all things sexual, the good bad and the ugly! I wish you were here to help our shut down society. Prudes run our existence! I thank you 🙏 for surviving and never giving up. You are a World Treasure!

they didn't mention that Mayer was an employee of Marcus Loew, at the beginning at least; Loew was much richer than Mayer, owned many more theaters.

He was a perv. Shirley Temple was interviewed in 1988 by Larry King and she named him as a perv and he sexually assaulted her mom and Arthur Freed exposed himself to Shirley Temple at age 12. Disgusting

I met her once on the street, but did not know (then) who she was. I thought she was gushing over my twin toddlers who had just started dressing themselves. But finally I realized she was enjoying the clothes, because she said, "They're just wonderful. That's what I would do if I were young again back in the market. Little girls' fashion." At age 4, my girls had a better style sense than I did.

O segundo rapaz parece com um que conhecemos, por nome Sony. Ele pertencia a um grupo musical gospel, da Zâmbia. Muito bonito também, os louvores com dança e trajes típicos. 🥰🥰

If only we all had a touch of iriss’ style and colour the world would be a cheerier place, I didn’t know iris until I watched a KZbin video of several aged ladies with style; I think there’s a little bit of iris in each one of us? It’s up to us to be brave and use it let’s make growing old be cool! ❤️❤️❤️iris, what an amazing life she’s having kudos to her !

The world has lost a wonderful person, I am at work listening to this in the background, only she keeps making me laugh aloud "don't wave too hard", "are you deaf mute..." not very PC but funny as hell. She was so insightful from word go and just so knowing. Coming from a culture that embraces colour and does not go beige when they hit a certain age (in general) I just love(d) her. I could listen to her four hours. Also her observation of not wanting to start from the bottom is so valid. The phones are not seen as mini computers at all, a different type of inquisitive they find it then shove the phone in your face - rather than read it to you, observe it, find out more...just so much to unpick and use as ice breakers in meetings with combination of ages. The ageism in shopping and all sorts is definitley there.
