Nothing wrong with Ozark Trail gear. I been using it for 30 years, in all weather, all across the country, in various camping disciplines. Hiking, XC Skiing, snowshoeing, kayaking, motorcycling & simple leisure camping. Now my adult children & my grandchildren all buy Ozark Trail & we are all happy campers.

The Soundcore can not handle its own bass boost button and there’s not stereo imaging out of its dual speakers. The Bose sound is way better . The Soundcore sounds small and the Bose sounds like a much bigger speaker.

What if you have 2 universal remotes to program to the same garage door. Please help 🙃

what works better is getting a cheap 8$ chinease walkie-talkie handheld radio, programing in all the encrypted hwy patrol frequencies into a channel list, and then having the scanner mode cycle through them quickly. pair it with the crappy short antena that comes with it, because every patrol car is also a repeater for their radio frequencies, and because they talk on the radio non stop, it will give you a mile or two warning before they are ever in eyesight in rural areas. and its also a working emergency radio which no one seems to think is important. they can try to be sneaky and not turn on their radar guns, but they wont realize their squad car is constantly blasting out their position beyond line of sight.

You can put a piece of cut to size thin foam between the batteries and rubber battery cap. Much more comfortable !

It looks like the WTP Holster has added indents on each side on the bottom to give it a tighter fit. Wonder if hitting them with a heat gun would smooth/loosen it up.

Hey , if you pass a cop and the radar is off. Your radar detector will not pick him up since he's Radar gun is off. So maybe it does work perfectly fine. You Mentioned that sometimes it goes off and you don't see a cop around... it's because they can be on side roads and if you radar has far enough distance to pickup the cop cars radar. It will. Or they can be hiding.
