I believe you helped create a paper on WD and it's effects on the gut which is connected to hippocampus. I am trying to understand as much as I can about how Western diet and how there is a huge political influence connected with profiteering. This would be a wide spectrum of involved parties influencing the HFCS ,fats, GMOs, pesticides ect. They are making harder to have access to healthy for the body foods. I am sorry if this is rambling, or far fetched, so forgive me on that. I have personally experienced how my long term debilitating anxiety seemingly disappeared like night to day and that is NOT figuratively speaking.
