Ethanol is a type of Alcohol. Its clinically proven to damage engines and the fuel sysyem.=> Auto Alliance proved it damages Valves & Valve Seats. Fuel system components are not designed to withstand ethanols corrosive properties. It damages fuel injectors, fuel lines, metal, platics & rubber. It loosens deposits in the fuel system then those deposits cause engine damage. Ethanols hygroscopic nature means it attracts & retains that water that results in phase seperation where the water & ethanol seperate from the gasoline. That water & ethanol isn't usable by the engine & causes engine damage & poor performance. In a perfect indoor lab environment running ethanol it only reduces pollutants by 3%. Many of the vehicles tested by Auto Alliance failed emmissions tests meaning it emitted more pollution than is allowed by the epa. Those cars running in E15 also took a significant hit on gas mileage do they require more fuel to travel. We hope to get Elon Musk involved in this E15 discussion based on evidence. The burden of proof is on the enviro protection monkeys. As of this writing electric+gasoline hybrids are a big winner RE reduced pollutants by using ALOT less fuel because they get outstanding mileage. The Toyota & Honda hybrids are also reliable well engineered vehicles preferred by buyers. Its worse here, our economy is like a flailing fish, fighting for its life. The normal state of the U.S. economy is actually very bad. Because of this it goes into convulsive spasms fighting to grow any way it can out of desperation. Tricks, gimmicks, rule changes try to stimulate the economy and prevent it from falling but they only bring temporary relief to people since, when you factor in inflation we are declining.

Many problems Fermentation releases CO2. Growing corn crops needs agricultural land, fertilizers, , insecticides diesel and pertrol ('gas") for tractors etc. The CO2 captured from sunlight is then "released" at combustion! Does not make much sense!

To grow corn, the field must be prepped from the previous crop, the soil then must be prepared. Seed must be planted. After the irrigation and finished product is available, it must be harvested, moved from the field to a distant processing plant. And you still don't have a finished product yet. Listen fools..get smart. Do you think this all occurs magically?

Look at your auto manual, to find out about ethanol acceptability to your vehicle. My sister’s 2021 Subaru Outback, can burn up to 10% ethanol. Many of the older vehicles fair better on E-0 gas. My flex fuel vehicle can burn up to 85% ethanol.

Ethanol is so much worse than fossil fuels. It requires energy to grow and convert corn into this fuel. Let me rephrase that: It requires MORE energy to grow and convert into this fuel than we gain from it which means it increases CO2 emissions instead of lowering them. (Go learn about the laws of thermodynamics.) The company is using bad science to misinform the population. To make matters worse, farmers are depleting water resources (like the Ogallala Aquifer) to grow the corn, which means in 30 years they won't be able to grow corn for fuels or food.

Ethanol (83% tested) has faired well in my FFV -> 2007 Ford Crown Victoria LX w/the help of my throttle controller by Roar 🦁 Pedal. I’ve managed to match the C/H mileage between gas and E85 by using EcoMode in its Max setting (SA9) Other add-ons en route.
