@@greenrunsdeep4585 stop the cap. When you type in "Wilmington, DE homicide per capita" every result is telling you about the high murder rate in the city. The USA average is 6.5 murders in a year per 100k residents. In 2020 and 2021 Wilmington was over 40 per 100k. That's over 6x the national average in homicides. Also, all you had to do was type in "Wilmington DE Murdertown" and that would've confirmed that's what the city is called. You would've seen articles about ABC filming a TV show about the outrageous murder rate.
