Ya i agree with you. Im not a fan of racing to win. Something i might try is adding some reckless cards to Ursula’s deck and changing some of the rules to make it more enjoyable and not a race

I misunderstood the rules, thinking you had to remove the tiles before you could advance on the Guardians in the tunnel. Made it extremely difficult because you had to complete the research track collect three tiles and defeat seven Guardians

I backed season 3 and got the batman who laughs but not anarchy. I got a poison ivy special miniature set instead.

This is the hardest board game. Playing VS mode it's like chess on steroids. You don't have to make bad choices to lose, your strategy doesn't need to be poor to lose. Your opponent just needs to be one step ahead. And like a real fight, one hit, one solid contact or glancing below can change the whole outcome. Can't wait to see how co-op plays out.

At the end of the video, you asked for suggestions so here it goes: I watched Phalanx06's reboxing video where he shows how he stores the new and old Arena boards. I followed his suggestion for Storage Box 1 which is: 1) Remove new (thinner) game board from the rulebook box 2) Insert the old (thicker) game board inside the rulebook box 3) Leave the new (thinner) game board in the empty space above Monster Miniatures. As you're leaving your arena the contest books there: I'm leaving those either inside my Dragon Collection box or together with the books & extra cards (Storage Box 2).

The instructions are not the best. Playing helps understand the instructions and we are getting better each round. Using the app timer enhances the game as it has a cheering crowd and referee whistles.

This game really calls my attention. $300 seemed steep for season 1 w/season 3 stretch goals, solo/coop and a few extra minis. Still, this looks great.

Informative Vid. I like your stuff, however, in all your videos, your audio is considerably lower that every other KZbin video. So when I switch to other videos, it nearly blows out my speakers if I forget to lower the volume. You could probably raise your volume by at least 25% if not 50%. Keep up the good work!

I found this at my local game shop but there is an issue. I think they’re selling season 1 with the solo/coop expansions. Do you know if there was a bundle where everything was included in the first season box?

Hi, I'm trying the solo mode to this game. I was watching you and the chronobot got the build action, but there wasn't anymore build spaces on the board (6:33), but you gave it to him anyways... Is that right or should you of gave him 1vp + 2 waters.

I have all of Clank except for Legacy 2.. I didnt see the need to get a 2nd legacy... I hope they have all the maps and all the additional characters in the digital game, even if they do them a paid DLC... (would love a way to prove we own the stuff to get the digital stuff of what weve already paided for.. for free..)

The way I read the rules you do not have access to the compass camp site until you have cleared the tokens. Am I wrong??

At the 30 minute mark i think its only the first target gets to retaliate on the twin shot.

After watching this and reading about using dice for colors I have an idea to make AI more like a REAL player in epic combat. 1- use an Epic deck of 21 cards for the enemies. Every time I upgrade a card I do the same for the enemies deck. This makes it 100 equal from the start to finish of the game. Similar to how an opponent would have to upgrade. 2-have a Eternium $ pool that matches ours. They get an equal amount of -E- when we get it. Ai gets to buy items when we buy items. Ai uses them like we do for stats/help. 3-draw cards and use dice to decide the zone they are placed, like 1-2=red 3-4=blue, 5-6=yellow. This way they get surge and non-# cards as well to play. Aside from the random dice placement it’s as close as it gets to balance IMO. I play Epic combat with Wilds dice extra rules from the book sometimes. It’s fun and adds variety. This could be fun here as well. It does make the game take a little longer, but gives more OoooooooHHHHHHh! Moments. Cards are cut and dry, the dice really shake things up for a surprise.
