I've watched a number of your videos doing research for some possible life changes for us. You have a very unique and well built frame. The part of the rectangle box added to the bottom of the I-beam to stiffen the lateral forces is a great idea. That concept would give you even better lateral forces strength though if you laid that beam flat across the bottom of the I-beam instead of keeping that rectangular box vertical. Something to think about. Your frame as it is though is still way better than anything out there on the market except for 'maybe' DRV.

This fifth wheel is gorgeous. I've looked at the different floor plans that have the number M44RK4S but am not finding this particular model that is in this video. I sure hope they are still building it.

Your website shows this floor plan with a room behind the kitchen. Did this purchaser decide to eliminate that room? Do you have a video that shows the room behind the kitchen and can you tell me the dimensions of the room?

You need handrails for going up and down the stairs.

Cole this video would’ve been 10 times better if you’d had done the vocal narration instead of having to listen to music which was rather distracting. Could you tell us what the pin Weight and overall weight of the RV is please. Keep up the great work and we look forward to the tour.

This is probably my favorite floor plan you do. Love the separation between kitchen and living room. I think I like the show model you did with the breakfast bar and the L-shaped sofa the best.

Love the kitchen. Like the breakfast bar, but I would choose other chairs. Personally, would not want that walk-thru bathroom. I like more bathroom privacy, and don’t like the thought of people touching the doorknob in the toilet closet with unwashed hands. But, I’m sure the owners must be happy with their this grand home.

I like this unit but concerned with why you are posting this 2021 model in a 2023 new video ? Exterior looks very basic, paint job needs a little work, needs awnings . didn't watch whole video, the dating was concerning

I think this is the base design for my perfect floor plan. Question: Have you ever built a rig where the bed is positioned north-south? Luxe has one floor plan like this and it's great with kind of a Jack and Jill passthrough bathroom design. Maybe if the 1/2 bath is deleted? Love the NH rigs. Thanks!

Very nice, like a residential home. I don't like those bubble lights, I would want even more homelike sconces and lanterns, but I'm told you're among the best customizers around.
