There is also a mystery in the Great caves where there is a way to climb but impossible to climb

i dunno if this is common knowledge or not, but you can skip a lot of tough jumps with the rift. just place yourself under a jump and jump till the dimension spirits hit you. It gives you a third jump of sorts. You can speedrun worlds end keep with that
