Heroes are often locked into summoning heroes. They can swarm and destroy but they have no omni negates. No real negates at all. Heroes have such a large tool box with nothing but screws and hammers.

But if you summon it with neos fusion... Say bye bye any chance.

To answer your question, I would simply say the "Omni • HERO." The reason why is because that they have a ton of speed, strength, agility, endurance, proper okizeme, and most importantly the consistency. The Neos deck seems fun and meant to be used as a causal.

A very important fact about diamond dude abuse and the soul charge format. The card is not actually played so things that say you can only activate once per turn or skip your battle phase if you activated this card this turn are all skipped. Ddt w soul charge was nutso. Diamond dude is one of the most complicated cards in the game and has many avenues for abuse
