Sir, how you purged the system,,,it is already in vaccuum, so if you open the purge valve,,,air from outside will be sucked inside...pls clear this doubt

@@6215rakesh tha you for asking for you concern about vacuum, as you can see that we had open the suction valve down below, upon opening of suction valve the vacuum was release and the gas inter from suction valve and push air upward leading to purging valve. And you observe hesshing sound coming from purging valve

Sir meloy gd am/pm po, sir bago magcharge ng accumulator kailangan pa ba yng off yng lube oil pump, hps panel, at control air at saka kailangan po ba e open #421, e close #420. Thank you in advance sir and god bless.

Sir, yung shaft grounding namin imbes na 10-50 mV yung reading naging -10mV. Check and cleaned yung carbon brush and slip ring. Maganda din yung lapat ng carbon brush dun sa slip ring. Check din yung mga cables. Ok naman lahat. Ano po kaya ang problema bakit nagkaron ng negative reading?

Sir day sir the four stroke is aux. Engine right? Hinde pa makukuha sa tappet adjustment, kong may advance or delay yong injection mo you can adjust sa injection pump timing sa plunger ng onjection pump may line dyan. How to adjust the specific injection timing look for manual guide

@@NalugonEdward may case naba sa experience mo na nawala ang oil? Actually very rear na case yan, kon nangyary yan pumasok sa system ang oil mo you have problem sa oil seal

Good day, first thing first pump down mo ang compressor until empty the system, 2. Close suction and delivery valve liquide valve near condenser, 3. Kong may inlet and outlet valve near sa silica gel close it and take out the silica gel, 4. Pag nakapag palit kana wag mo mona higpitan ang fittings ng silica gel then open the liqude valve to allow air purge until lalabas ang refregerant then tighten both end of silica gel, 5. Turn back to normal

Thank you for comment sir, it just a very simple method on how to purge air. During change oil the expose with air is crankcase of compressor and the system is safe for air mixture because the suction and delivery valve are closed. You can release air in the crankcase by crack open either suction or delivery valve then open the purging valve. Refrigerant gas pressure is higher than air pressure in crankcase so in this condition the refrigerant gas push the air out in the crankcase and to confirm that air is fully released the purging valve becomes frozen or cold.
