I only got a dragon scorpion 60km my first scooter I just need it for the road, should I get PMT tires or is that overkill and cheap nylon rubber tyres good enough for me

Nice mate, thats so many fun hours. We're moving close to 1,000 on our hurricanes, mostly offroading kms - still loving them and they holding up well! IMO up with the most underrated scooters on the market bang for buck. *Should add thats coming from 2,000kms on kaabo WW11+ which doesn't cut it in comparison. Should come on a Coot-tha run one night with us ;)

Can i please have this scooter my cyclone pro is buggered i got it 2nd hand and i regret it. My parents cannot afford to buy me a new scooter 😢

The lack of P-Setting to adjust regen and front/rear independently prematurely wears the tyres. I have 6000km on my Teverun Fighters with original stock CST roadies still rocking! The inability to control power appropriately (through P-setting) makes it difficult to control power and velocity. It's also not normal for tyres to bubble, only a "way of life" if they are Tuovt Semi's. I skimmed to the tyre section, will look at entire video later. Good work!
@dcunplugged315 күн бұрын
bro ...cmon its austraila grow a set if you cant handle it then dont buy it. like buying a jeep only to go to the shops. The scooter has a purpose to be a beast so let it eat!
@dcunplugged315 күн бұрын
oh and for it to be " difficult to control power " why can I do and many others do kilometer long wheelies .,....... all control. butter smooth and precise like a razor. sound like lack of skill or hand and eye coordination.
@BrendanHemmings4 күн бұрын
@@dcunplugged31 I have no interest in doing wheelies and have plenty of power and torque with 55 amp controllers, but I am sure the 45 amp Hurricanes are adequate, 99% of the time I don't exceed 40 amps. A scooter with independent front/rear user-configurable speed control will always have better velocity than one fixed.
@dcunplugged314 күн бұрын
@BrendanHemmings then get a nami burn e 2 max if configuration is main point
@BrendanHemmings4 күн бұрын
@@dcunplugged31 indeed - NAMI Burn-e also has 11% more powerfull controllers. NAMI, Kaabo, Teverun all have same configuration capability. You may not be adverse with such models but it would be great in future videos if you could draw a few parallels to the NAMI etc.

This is so sad, making silly remarks about the colour of a machine rather than analysing the mechanical aspects of the design. What's with stating "cool" a hundred times?

I bought one of these yesterday and did all the settings like you suggested but I can't get the scooter to go faster than 15mph no matter what I do almost like there is a speed limiter on it. The acceleration and top speed are both worse than my Hiboy pro max and idk what I'm doing wrong or if anyone else has had these issues?

@dcunplugged31 I'll tell you how I wired it in So there should be a black and red wire inside. The switch has a yellow, green, red, and blue wire. The light has a black, yellow, and red wire. I put the red and green wire from the switch and connected them together. Then, I connected to the red wire in the scooter. After I heatshrinked it. Then I got the black wire from the light and connected it to the black wire in the scooter, and headshrinked it. Then I connected the yellow wire from the light and connected it to the blue wire on the switch and heatshrinked it. And the last 2 wires, the red wire on the light and yellow wire on the switch, I connected them together and heatshrinked it. And that's how I done it!

It’s impressive the terrain the Scooter can travel on. But in my opinion, you’re a nut, haha. 2 questions: 1. Are you riding around the hills of Springfield QLD??? 2. Are you able to put together a video about recommendations for taller/fatter guys ? I’m nearly 2 meters tall & weigh between 140-150kg & really want to get a scooter to travel approximately 20-25km in a day.
