Great question! If the course was completed outside of the REALTOR® world with a Real Estate CE School, we would need the certificate. If it was completed through a Local, State or National Association of REALTORS®, it would be recorded to your member record automatically. But you’ll need to borrow 20%more now . If you’re not in a position to save 20% try paying back a loan that’s now 20% higher than it would have been otherwise .
