dude, I'm from Dalian. Dalian is always part of china. It was occupied by Japan and Russia for decades. They invaded ! BTW, we don't speak Japanese unless you learn it. Same fo Russian

简单说下主播走的路线，开始是小娄巷，出小娄巷上新生路，沿新生路穿过人民路进入公花园（城中公园），从公花园（城中公园）出来上中山路，沿中山路走到北门（胜利门），期间穿过县前街（旧崇安区政府）。走了老无锡城的一个角。
