The intent of the Civil Rights Act was to help BLACK Americans not diversity. Diversity does not equal Black people. Diversity helps white women more than anyone as shown in the amount of women in Congress since the Civil Rights Act in your presentation. I suggest the Urban League get back focused on Blk Americans specifically those here pre 1964 and drop the use of diversity.
