Right off the bat I notice that there isn’t much rib protection… I fractured 9 ribs recently. All of my gear I’d Dianese and I was excited about seeing this but unfortunately there are other vest with more coverage

Worst alpine goretex jacket.Its a scamm.!! NOT waterproof goretex.after 5 min of light rain I become wet.Sleves collar not adjustable(with velcro) and wind get inside.Also wentilate zip not waterproof,(water\wimd go in).And above all not have a inner waterproof leier.Usles jacket.Shame Alpinestars.!👎👎👎

I like that the wrist velcro doesn't go over the stud/zip so you can set the velcro once and be done.

The solar 2 was Primaloft gold wich is warmer,unless,there is more Primaloft(in grams)put into the Solar.Can you comment wich is better?

i have a misano jacket and cant figure out what the meaning of the lights are, it behaves differently to the newer dainese dair products... does the occasional blue light while riding mean its active or not?

Is the eps lining of this same for the k3sv? And is it good for round oval head?

Thank you for the very good review. I've had HJC helmets in the past, and they offered safety with affordability (and the ease of visor exchange is a key feature). Are you planning to review any of the LS2 helmets in the future? I Currently use an LS2 Strobe modular, and it is an extremely comfortable yet versatile helmet.

Shame they got rid of the airbag built in to the jacket... Yes you can wear the smart jacket but that's another layer
