Are there clear signs in following the hike route or do you have to look at Google Maps for direction?

You will have small poles along the initial part and cairns all the way at the top. With low hanging clouds, the distance between them could be too large to spot the next. We never had to look at a map, and the path was obvious

This is a bit north of George, which is along the garden route. If you are traveling along the garden route, you can easily side-track from there. The Cango Caves are also in the area and worth a visit.

Now that one is for sure. Kids had a lot of fun all around us. If we are lucky enough, we will also visit the longest sledding run in Europe this year 😊

It's such a beautiful and calm lake. The reflections on the lake are just magical ✨️ I am so happy you enjoyed your time there 😊 We camped with the kids at that campground in 2015. Wonderful memories!

This is beautiful. I looked up where it is situated. Memories @2:48 of Rotorua New Zealand. Same sort of landscape too. Even the name is similar: Hell's Gate 🤣! Rotorua is re4known for its sulphur odour. Lovely hike. Beautiful area. The colours are stunning. Thank you for sharing your experience. 👍🇳🇱🙋♀🥝

I have fond memories of the Rotorua area from my travels. Such a beautiful place. Swimming in one of the pools, including the 2 hour bus ride to a shower 😁. That smell... But the colors... So beautiful. Thank you for joining us on this trip on the other side of the world

I guess the basin is the highlight of the trail, but I loved the contrast between the dark color of the lake and the orange grass. It was also a lot quieter. It is nice to hear that we could even show you something new in your own backyard 😊

I believe it is in the shadows of the likes of Yellowstone and Yosemite. We intentionally visited a small national park, to keep the more famous ones for trips with the partners. This was a work-trip and we all had our loved ones at home. I sure hope to return sometime soon and also visit the more well known parks.

We did read quite some scary reviews about it before we went, but it was quite fun. The ascent was strenuous, sure, but some described it as an endless struggle. I am glad that we got to do it, despite the weather. It was my personal highlight of the park 😊

Wow! Awesome footage of that pristine area! I recently did a sail from Cape Town to Langebaan, and we sailed to Kraalbaai and stayed there for a few nights. I'm busy editing a little personal video for friends of the sail, I did record some stuff on my GoPro, but would really like to show some beautiful footage of the area. Mr. and Mrs. H4H Wow, you executed every second of the beauty I see with my bare eyes in Trutg Dil Flem. Not only, pretty spotted fall foliage , but also the color of the Glacier water, landscape, ice, unique trail itself. Did I just see the under the ground saturated? Mrs. H4H proved it. I see you, two's satisfaction after the hike. Well done and Bravo. Hi, I am having difficult time away from home to FL, evacuating for weeks after natural disaster, flooding by Helene as you see in the documentary and now survived Hurricane Milton. My city has no clean water till they restore the water system. I hope we can go home in next couple weeks. Sorry for inconvenient, I have not been able to catch up on your vids regular basis. Please allow me more time to do so.
