And what makes you feel this way? I can honestly say in the 11 years I have been visiting O’ahu I have never felt anything but love even from Waianae. You really get what you give on this magic little island, give kindness and it comes back.

No yard? The primary bathroom is too small and there's no walk-in closet. The view of one of the bedrooms is of the parking lot in the back and the washer/dryer units are in the garage. If that's what 1,699,000 looks like then I suppose it's okay considering it's along the busline and the eateries and other services are nearby. It's all about the location.

I started watching but become rather irritated because it become clear that your "staycation" was for RICH PEOPLE. $3,600 for 4 nights, $400 dinner etc.. who can afford that? I guess you can & congratulations but us normal folks cannot even imagine spending that kind of money so frivolously
@morganbillmaier5960
@morganbillmaier5960 Ай бұрын
$3600 for a 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen on the beach seems pretty typical for Hawaii 🤷‍♀️ I agree the food is expensive, but for 4 adults and 2 kids, eating out is expensive everywhere. Cooking in the room definitely could save money if you're on a stricter budget, though!
@movingtooahu
@movingtooahu Ай бұрын
Yes, it was unbelievable expensive. I was actually shocked! Made me wonder how tourist can fly here, rent a car, do activities, and spend a week. The memories made with the family were worth it though… Off to work so I can save for our next adventure.
@movingtooahu

@@morganbillmaier5960we did try to cook in the room a few times. A premade lasagna and French bread on the first night… was still about $50 to make, then over $150 for breakfast food and snacks. But worth it!

When they are in this condition and need rehab I do choose to wear my shoes. The floors need to either be replaced or polished and refinished. Turnkey and occupied homes I always remove my shoes.

Great, another transplants taking homes from the locals. they are the reason for home prices being so high, taxes going up, cost of everything going up. Wish they would just go back to where they came from, and leave us alone.
