I have a query, I entered incorrect mobile number while filling application online. At the time of final submit the OTP was not generating because mobile number was incorrect. Then i pressed back button. Then again when i initiated the application an error is coming that already registered. When the application was not submitted then how can we enter registration number, Can this be rectified?
