Great video. How far can the patient be wheeled, if I wanted to transport him from his bed to the shower chair? It is about 50 feet of traveling.

I just bought this and had an issue when taking it out of the car I could not get it unlocked out of the folding position. It took a lot for me to get this on locked and unfolded. Can someone tell me the proper way to do this?

We have this bed and I'm wondering how to get the gravity assist at the 2 minute mark and the "trendelenburg and reverse trendelenburg positions" with the hand remote.

this assembly and instructions is trash. The model is different yet has the same model number with outdated instructions. C clips don’t exist in this model-there’s a notch instead now. On top of that the wheels without brakes were labeled “1” and “2”, and so were the (supposed to be) respective legs. But they were incorrectly labeled. These instructions had me going insane until I realized it’s just a guideline.

In the assembly how-to video, the narrator says "counter-clockwise" when he means "clockwise," and vice versa in the demo of how to adjust the brake resistance. The person doing the demo has it right, however. For example when the narrator says "clockwise," the demo guy gives the lock wheel or thumb wheel a counter-clockwise twist. The narrator's misinformation cost me several frustrating hours trying to adjust the brakes.

I bought this, my first Rollator, this week. Took me a long time to decide what to get, and this is the one I chose for a variety of reasons. But now that I have it here, I find that the instruction to push down the lever two time, to engage slowdown followed by stop. It implies that my Rollator has a separate gear for free drive. But no. MY guy drives freely only when the lever is in the 1st lower notch. The slowdown one. If I set the knobs to lightly engage the brake, then it wd be operating all the time. In "free drive." Unless I stop and fiddle with the four little knobs again to take the bake effect off, I'll ALWAYS be braking. Has the design changed? Have I bought a flawed machine? PLEASE tell me that I can have both free and slowdown driving, with the promised ease!!! I've played the film here over and over and clearly see the lever making two separate stops; mine makes only one. I am also ticked off at one of the dealers on Amazon. This outfit sold me a brake holder 'OFTEN BOUGHT WITH THIS ... " AND it doesn't fit. Later I see --separately-- that it is not MEANT to fit Sprints. Dear friends at DeVilbiss, please look into all this. I don't know whether the problem is in design, marketing, sales, or what, but there is a real problem here. Well, more than one. Thank you.

instructions are not clear. Video should have been shot close up. Can't see the "C" clips or where they are supposed to be put on the frame. His hands are blocking a lot of info. Where can we request more "C" clips?

Before the 1:00 point, the video shows how the backrest is reversible, then at about 1:10 the woman is stowing other pieces of the walker that were not shown how they are set up. This is the arm rests as well as the footrest when the walker is set up for assisted movement. Setting the walker up for assisted movement is not shown in the video.

This lift, or one similar, has that harness wrapped around under the armpits. It makes the patient have to force their legs to stand, which is impossible for many. The patient is left hanging by the harness under their armpits and whatever strength they have in their hands. Your demonstration makes it look very easy. It may be we don't have proper harnesses

I can't open my Rollator

We can't get the damn thing to fold back up all of a sudden. How do you unlock it when the seat is flat and all of a sudden won't budge?
