Good thing i stuck with the unlimited pip got hit head on & messed me up real bad all my bills totaled to over 1 million dollars & my insurance company paid every penny of it & still paying to this very day.....❤

I have car insurance if you’re super poor there is no reason to have car insurance in my mind because they’re not gonna help you. They’re gonna have excuses and they’re gonna have extra paperwork. It’s got it taken care of and then the statue limitations is gonna run out and you’re not one car insurance payment missed your eyes absolutely canceled but boy when you get in an accident, good luck getting any money out of them. If you are carrying PIP , what is the relevance of carrying Uninsured Motorists? Doesn't PIP payout regardless of fault and regardless of the person who you were involved in an accident is insured or not?

I've been a commercial driver for over 20 years and driving over 25 years. No tickets, accidents, etc my whole driving carrier and last 4 quotes I got are double from what I paid the last year. It's insane and it's going to cause more uninsured drivers in michigan cause they will have to choose between house payment, food or car insurance and my luck I will get hit by uninsured driver. I'm being told part shortages from these new 6 figure vehicles the big 3 are making that nobody can afford some crap plastic car/trucks that are always under recall. For a $3000 work car they want $300 a month. It's a joke

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure some of the items you mentioned aren’t recoverable when submitting a mini tort (rental, towing, other out of pocket expenses). It’s my understanding that only the direct damages to the vehicle are recoverable

I did my own research before discovering this. I was so irate with Liberty mutal. My policy for 2023 was $1687, the renewal for 2024 was $1970. I bought my home in 2019 for $159k, they had the dwelling coverage at 300k. I got my dwelling coverage lowered to $245k and raised my deductible to 5k with more changes.. insurance is a huge scam. My Mortgage went up $7] because of the premium shortgage I'm on that azz this yr
