Actually i find it a little disappointed this video because i am new to this journey and trying to heal my long-term hahsimoto and gut problems that i have from childhood. For the moment im taking 50mg lugols every morning and other co factors. I don't feel cold or hot. I still have dry hair but are better than what was before with synthroid. So, from my understanding of this video, you believe that long-term cause harm? Because for a lot of months you was taking 50mg a day. I think dr Brownstein says to take 50mg for 1 to 3 months only and then a maintenance dose at 12,5 to 25mg for the rest of your life ( i don't know if you still have to take co factors after maintenance dose but anyway). Hope you the best and all of us that suffer from health problems with thyroid.🎉
