What pressure is your gun set at and do you spray with everything wide open?

I normally don’t use gauges but if I had to guess around 28-32. When you say wide-open, I’m assuming you’re saying the fan? You’reso usually 75% open

Very nice video. What's the connection you're trying to make at 13:36? Is that some kind of a gas vent valve? My 2004 savana 2500 won't take more than 8 litres of gas before filling up and spilling out. My gas gauge shows full all the time even with empty tank. I have isolated the connections to the charcoal canister but problem still there. Can a bad sending unit or that connection you made at 13:36 be the potential problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
