How tight do tighten the 1-1/8” bolts that hold bearing together? Do u have video for removing bushing?

You have to lock the collar on the bearing.

Thank you so much for the informative baler. I am looking at rebuilding my dad's Hesston 5500 rounder and replacing all of the bearings. I greatly appreciated this video.

I know this video is a year old, but I have had the same experiences on just about the same equipment you have. Just different some different model numbers and some different brands. I could use the RH non drive axle from the deere 640. price? shipping?

How do you like the 540 machine? I am looking to purchase one. It looks like a well built machine

Magnetic parts trays are great when working on equipment out in the yard. Holds your nuts and bolts in place, instead of searching in the grass.

On my 7' 451 I just take out the bushing bolt and pull the blade out the other end. Sometimes I use a large punch and hammer on the bushing to help it along if it sticks.

Have you replaced a bearing on one of the internal rollers

Today I replace a roller in the tailgate. It was the one that uses an Allen head bolt. Had to get another roller from a used unit online. Pretty easy
