I know Dracula was very much the stronger of the two, but this is Alucard when he’s quite young. Imagine how strong he could become in twenty years? Forty? Fifty? A CENTURY? He’d be a hell of a beast in his own right, perhaps even surpassing his father’s power. Obviously here he couldn’t beat his father but the fact he still held his own better than anyone else shows his incredible potential.

In the game: When Hector encounter Trevor the Vampire Hunter immediately mocks hector saying that he cannot be a devil forgemaster because he is too weak and it’s said that a Devil Forgemaster power’s rivals that of death (very important detail that developers added to show that a full powered Hector would be a totally different fight), and that version of Hector was just getting back his powers because when he deserted Dracula he said that he was never going to use it again. The game makes it very clear that a Devil Forgemaster is like a second in command with Dracula, so he is a very powerful sorcerer, not a common one, even Isaac say that to Trevor when he almost kill him. “Do not equate a Devil Forgemaster’s power of an ordinary sorcerer”. So we can conclude that Hector’s Castlevania version is a total pussy.

Just interesting thought how would you think Darth Vader would interact with this version of Dracula. Both of them considered to be unstoppable as the only reason the protagonists were able to last this long was through a combination of plot armor and them holding back.

This is an interesting take of what the Belmont Clan represents. Those vampires are literal monsters afraid of them and that is genius. Also, the reaction of Carmila states the fact that not only they are dangerous, but they excel at hunting her kind. They are trained MORTAL professionals that are so well known that vampires from all around the world are afraid of them and refers to them like a thing rather than a living being. Also, that reaction would also suggest that she saw the Belmonts in action and nearly got out of there alive. God, I love this series.❤

I remember waiting the entire fucking series hoping they did an adaptation of Curse of Darkness, only to be met with Hector being reduced to a bitch. I don't even like Hector in the games that much, but this felt like someone in the writing team had a bone to pick with him.

I think who is right depends on the context , the assassins under altair and ezio is something i would be down for , but if i was a colonial assassin , the templar argument makes a whole lot of sense.

This is the best Dracula I’ve seen in many aspects, drawing , voice acting, phrases, personality, fight… love it

honestly I did not like the show. It was not able to keep me glued to itself. I was hoping more of war to be there instead of adventure. Like the whole vampire war council is useless, there are no side vampire characters like generals or commanders that add layer to story. And it might sound disappointing I just wasnt able to root for issac and his whole character arc. There were some really good stand alone scenes though.
