Just finished installing this system on a fireplace and it was terrible. The quality control on these panels is so bad we ended up having to cut up most of the panels so we could lay individual stones. Tons of crooked stones, some joints as big as 3/8", and tiny sliver pieces everywhere. Why would you make a "dry stack" panel system with such a low tolerance that you need to bag in the joints once you are done laying?

Hi Steve Thank you for your feedback - I am sorry you didn’t have a good experience. This product was our fastest growing product in 2017 both commercially and residentially because of the high tolerances and ease of install. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and are always looking to improve. Please contact us so we can speak to you directly.

Oh dear - we are looking to do our fireplace. I think this stone is too rough looking for our project and then I see your comment. Did you use this exact type? The Berkshire Buff Estate panels?
