One question I do have is where would you put the TV? Are there outlets close to the brick covering that's above the fireplace? Would you be able to put a TV there in place of the picture that is above the fireplace?

@@JustThinkingAboutIt I’m not sure if they have an outlet behind that art piece. But I do know if you build this plan from scratch, Highland can usually put outlets in most places you wanted them. On the outdoor patio, I have many of my clients putting in outlets in soffit (ceiling) of the patio to have electrical for motorized mosquito nets that come down and enclose the patio space. Then they open up their sliding glass doors during parties and it feels so open.

@ I meant New Braunfels changed with many new developments and residential areas from where it was 3-10 years ago. Raad Alwaan has a great KZbin channel showing this and is a great realtor too for that area.

Amazing floor plan however GFO needs to offer larger covered backyard space (at least 2-3x larger) the current offering does not do justice given the size of this home.

@@Uwolz I hear you! I have two clients building the Haskell plans and Wichita plans right now. Both have those media rooms that are closed in. I believe there is an option to close in the media in the Kaufman. Great feedback!

@@chrispure7461 I believe 9 feet but don’t quote me on that. These homes might have lower ceiling height than what we see with homes around this square footage but you will see much better pricing with Pulte in most cases.

These big houses NOT necessary bring happiness. Quiet often it brings stress. When we built our house, the subcontractors were saying that ppl would be be so jealous...I'm like, "I don't invite ppl over to my house. I only build for my family." The house should be for family life not for "show for ppl".

The storage room on the second level of the Graciela plan makes a great prayer room. I love the 'media' room too. Though I would use the loft as an office and use the other room for storing craft items. I have a ton.

Weird plan...You see Kitchen and dining the second you enter the home.. Also, when you have guest come, where do you make them sit ? On the dining table or in the office ? There should've been a formal living area close to the entrance so you don't have to have everyone who walks in, come in the family room to sit

@@doktorr23 I have found the living room when you enter the home is unusual in new construction homes. Most buyers in this market want to do away with the living room at the front of the home claiming they don’t ever use it. With that being said, I appreciate your feedback! The dining room in the middle is unique.

@@RajSahoo I like the dining room don’t get me wrong. But you still need a space for guests to sit without bringing them in your family room. What I also feel is the formal dining room is seldom used. People are using their huge counter tops + breakfast nook more often. Good job show casing the home nonetheless 👍🏼

Leander was in the middle of nowhere years ago. Key word WAS.. Now, Apple, Microsoft, and Amazon have offices 18-24 miles south of this home. Two children’s hospitals just finished 13-15 miles south of this home. There are billion dollar developments under construction or planned minutes from this home. I talk about it around 7:00

@@RajSahoo yeah maybe it's all changed. I visited about 2 years ago to the Travisso community - beautiful neighborhood. But my goodness, when I was leaving, I saw people living in trailers right outside near the community. Shocked at how rural some parts of the area seemed to be
