If your wondering why his head turned red, rather the G force of the lathe sent all the blood to his legs and got no oxygen in his head, or he just turned red becuase his wind pipe was crushed or his back

haha, i did too! It was very wet air and that is actually condensation on the lens. We put it away after this run.

Glad to see the dragsters running again 🙏. You had a good burnout, and a clean run he may have been just making a few more ponies that day 😉. BTW , I was @ the “ Last Drag Race” @ Orange 🍊 County International Raceway back on 🤔 October 29th 1983 the Hydrogen Peroxide cars where amazing in their time. The Winter Nationals @ Pomona, I saw Shirley beat Big Daddy , now up here in N California Sacramento Raceway Park @ the Jet cars is the place to be.

A great driver that was just making his mark in TF. I would've hoped Amato would've have hung around as his owner. They were a pretty good team! RIP, Darrell. Crazy to think he's been gone this long
