Thank you! I haven’t been able to get my heat to work all week long. I’m pregnant with a child and living in Minnesota and we’re getting ready to head into Winter. Well it was chilly this week in the morning and i was freaking out thinking that it was something that was gonna cost me big bucks. Well, I did what you suggested after. I added some coolant and it didn’t change anything. Now it’s working. So thank you thank you thank you. Bookmarked this vid. God bless!

Does anyone know what actually causes this issue? Like, this "reset" works to fix the issue, but the fix is only temporary most of the time, and the issue returns. What is the permanent fix?

I mentioned this way down in the comments; the blend door more or less gets lost on where it's sitting on the tracks.

Bro!! Thanks!! I have this style and not the sync. I was about to buy new actuators. Just tried this and it worked like a charm. Called dealer, they wanted $300 per side to replace actuators.
