The front tuck is not out. It's called a French tuck, and it will never be "out" The jacket is really good, you can always wear it unzipped over a longer top, it tends to be slimming when worn like that. Well, I obviously type as the video plays... Thank you for sharing your unboxing.

I hope I didn’t come across too bossy on your Quince video. The tees you bought are indeed thinner intentionally, but the $50 sweaters are just a lovely weight and not see through. I think you’ll love them and the other pieces on Quince.

I'm 57 and also own several pair if cargo jeans , i like to keep my style current and fresh, not necessarily into all the trends. I say wear what makes you happy and feel confident. I refuse to look old frumpy clothing because society think a woman of a certain age shouldn't wear particular clothing, i never once seen a clothing garment with an age limit..

I turned 50 in October and was in a similar situation as you with clothing adventures after losing 64 pounds. Was a size 16 and now a 4 or 2 depending on brand. YES to cargos!!! I love them ❤

Hey age is just a number. I dance to my own tune and wear what makes me feel happy. I don’t want to wear old lady clothes. Hey there! I've never tried Quince. So many things I could comment, but in interest of time I'll just say that the neckline on the bronze top is a construction flaw: The inside piece is a little smaller than the outside, causing it to bend. Pressing before sewing it in would have solved this issue, but as it is, it should never have passed Quality Control. As an aside, not sure if you know, but you can go into Studio on your computer and remove the repeat section at 16:40. 🥰 I always watch my videos straight through after I'm done editing and before rendering. I can't tell you how many times I found things that slipped through! 🙄

You should keep the brown leather jacket

I totally agree with you about Quince, I purchased probably 15 items, and had to return most of them. I did keep a few of the $50 cashmere sweaters, and while they are pretty, they do pill and have to be combed with every single wear. I will say that I have not tried their $100+ cashmere so maybe the quality is better there. I do enjoy a few of their linen pieces for summer. But overall, I do not understand the hype about Quince?

I bought joggers and a hoodie sweatshirt. After a few months the fabric has so many snags! I washed in cold water & hung dry. I also bought gold stud earrings that dented. I tried to return them. I had to send a photo & they said they were backed up in their returns & would get back to me. This was not during the holidays. After 2 more tries I gave up. Poor quality & bad customer service.

I have a couple long sleeved v-neck cashmere from Quince and they are very nice. If you want cashmere give ones of those a try.

You purchased the cashmere short sleeve t-shirts advertised as lightweight so it seems a bit unfair to complain that they are lightweight. They have other much more substantial pieces, but for layering I do want something lighter, so they serve a purpose.That said to each his own but personally I'm just not all that excited about cashmere anyway- cotton is my go-to. I have several organic cotton sweaters from Quince that I've had over two seasons and just throw in the washer/dryer and they still look great. Any cashmere is just too fussy for me.😊Too bad on the collar of the jacket - that would bother me too, and it otherwise looked very nice on you. The dress is very flattering and a beautiful color- great keeper. I hope you try Quince again, but maybe it's just not for you. Thanks for the share.

Hi Lisa! It's too bad you weren't happy with your first Quince order! I will say that I have worked with them a few times and then also purchased things on buy own, just because I've been so happy. I will say the $50 cashmere sweaters from Quince are thin, but I also had a cashmere sweater from Nordstrom that I paid a lot more for and that was very thin as well. The $99 Fisherman Crew Cashmere sweater from Quince has become my absolute favorite sweater this winter! It is thick, so incredibly soft and it is washing and holding up great(and I have been reaching for it a lot!!) It's too bad about the collar on the leather jacket, because I thought fit wise it looked so good on you! I also loved the dress and have been wanting to try that for myself, but just wondering if at 5'9" it would be too short? I may just give it a go and try it. Thanks for sharing your review with us. I have several crew and v neck cashmere sweaters from Quince. I even have a white one which is NOT see through. I never bought their lightweight cashmere tees. You are the first person I have listened to that did not like Quince!

Hi Lisa, You look beautiful in the dress. I have ordered from Quince and I'm pleased with the items. Never ordered the cashmere but I have ordered the organic cotton sweaters. I have a cream v=neck pullover and a navy cardigan. The quality is excellent and I want more colors. They material and construction are good quality and they wash nicely. I want to mention Portland leather, another online only retailer that offers high quality leather goods at a good price. Have a great day!

I never tried their t-shirt cashmere. I only have the v-neck style and they are not see through. They are same/better quality than Macys/Bloomies/Nordstrom’s brand for a cheaper price. I also have a Reformation cashmere that originally retailed for $300 (hit it on sale). Now the $50 quince is not as nice as this…but understandably so.

Quince has some outstanding cashmere. The $159 cardigan and the $99 cashmere sweaters are amazing. Also, you might try the 100% cotton sweaters. I also have the cashmere zip hoodie, that is beautiful.

The dress is beautiful.
