Typically the reason they don't make old events repayable is because they don't want to constantly have to update and bug fix them, I mean 3 of the events in this update are pretty unplayable. However I just like the option of going back anyways regardless of bugs so I wish more games would do this. As for why you probably remember more destination events, this is only the __ events and not the main game events like Winter Hell or Fog of War.

I would recommend just really practicing Soleil by practicing chapter 8, you want to be able to consistently deathless him so that you don’t accidentally throw away a 40 minute run. Soleil has a very consistent pattern of attacks and once you play them enough you can easily predict what attack they will use next and plan accordingly. As for Akechi, the only 2 things I think are important in this fight is preserving your jump and limiting your movement. You need to jump when they do the 3 slashes and a spin, you need to jump when he air dives you, you need to jump when he shoots the giant projectile phase 2. It’s insanely important to not panic jump as a result. As for limiting movement, a lot of his attacks predict the player, so by not panic moving you can react to most attacks. Only really time you need to move is if he’s charging you with the slash spam attack.

@@stupidlysimple I don’t think there’s any items I can recommend, you really just need a DPS item like Tsukoyomi, Ambers Blessing for healing, Heart of Redcliff for enemy spawn waves, Noob Tube for extra boss damage, and optionally a weapon with a good movement option like keepers spear. As for Akechi’s 3 swing attack, you can get close and parry the 3 swings but only if you actually need to. You usually want to keep your distance and circle the boss then after the 3 swings end jump over his spinning slash

Also despite my countless hours on the game, I’ve never really used Soleil mode or Umber mode all that much. Soleil has always been objectively the best though, I just felt more comfortable using the normal dash. I feel like the most important part of the 3 character options is their dash changes. Soleil’s blinking dash is insanely good, but I feel like most people, myself included, find Umbers dash less controllable to too extra for what you actually need out of a dash. But at the end of the day, character picking really just depends on preference and if you want to win with Umber you can

I mean it’s probably just best to learn what visual and audio cues are associated with each attack, then when phase 2 comes kill all the scary balls and the giant scary. Then just proceed to circle camp. I go into more detail on tips in the description, but this is the simplified version

As far as I know rn, I didn’t get a weapon or a lobby item. Maybe a reward will be added later, or maybe it’s a weapon that can be used in one of the events but I haven’t tried that yet

Sadly that's another question im not so sure on, usually when Meda makes a separate game it stays open but there are acceptions like FunnierDay. I would assume it stays open, but im not in the discord so theres no way I can validate this claim

After beating the first phase, you can run away from the fight and gain access to the last stage. If you do this there will be a new setting on the side of your screen allowing you to skip phase 1 and go straight to the cup game

I used tsukoyomi as primary damage, which is basically guaranteed access by beating the game. It’s from chapter 7s first boss. I used Azurewraths Revenge for its G ability, which is accessed by beating Chapter 7 deathless and getting a badge. Ambers Trinket was for healing, and is accessed if I remember at the end of chapter 2. The Noob Tube was my minion spawns with F, it needs to be crafted at the store in the main lobby. And lastly border of the keep is for its damage reduction, which is dropped by the first mini boss of the game. Also my prowess was soul bound, which is just random if you get from prowess rolling
